Glenbrook has announced its expansion to new headquarters on Albert Square in Manchester city centre.
The move from Clarence House to Bruntwood Work’s Union comes after Glenbrook increased its headcount over recent months to north of 20 across its development and investment teams. The company has taken 4,618 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
Over the last 12 months, Glenbrook has completed over £75million of investment transactions and has a development pipeline in excess of £800m to be delivered in the next three years.
Speaking about the move, Ian Sherry, director at Glenbrook, commented: “With the significant uplift in activity on both sides of the business, we have simultaneously scaled up our team to deal with all aspects of project delivery. At Glenbrook, we have always prided ourselves on having a strong company culture and this new, modern and open plan workspace will support the collaborative way in which we work as a team and with our extended partners.”
Benn Dickinson, commercial Manager at Bruntwood Works commented: “Union offers a blend of high-quality, flexible workspace, wellness facilities, breakout spaces and coffee shop by Ditto, all in the heart of the city centre, making it an ideal fit for Glenbrook. We have successfully created a collaborative ethos at Union, and are proud to call it Bruntwood’s home too. We will work closely with Glenbrook as they move into their new workspace and look forward to seeing them round the building.”
