Delivered in the summer of 2019, Duet’s twin copper-clad blocks on the Media City waterfront were funded by Moorfield, with Sheppard Robson and Graham Construction responsible for the design and the build respectively.
The 270 apartments offer 1, 2 and 3-bed options, along with a design-led residents’ lounge, events space, residents’ private garden, and gym. The site was chosen for its waterside views and excellent location in Media City; Duet is only 50 metres from Harbour City tram stop.
