Lumina Village will deliver 639 new homes at a site close to the iconic Old Trafford cricket ground.

The £250m scheme will include 5.4 acres of public realm focused around a village green, civic squares, boulevards and play streets, and ground floor retail units facing the cricket ground.

The scheme will be designed to be pedestrian friendly with 200 parking spaces contained within a two-storey residents car park, and will include 5,300 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor.

The development will be made up of a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom townhouses. There will be homes for private rent, shared ownership and affordable rent and at least 15% of them will be Affordable.
